What do I do if I need to return an item?
Our goal at Charley’s is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For shipped orders, you have 14 days from the day that you receive the item to send it back for store credit. For local pickup orders, you have 14 days from the day that your order is ready to send it back for store credit. If using our returns portal, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount.
All items must be returned in its original condition. We do not issue store credit if the item has been worn, altered, stained, or damaged. We do not provide return shipping for returns/exchanges.
Grab bags and items listed as "Final Sale" are products that you're able to purchase at a fraction of the original price. These are clearance items and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that due to hygienic reasons, all jewelry and head wear items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How does the Charley's shopping experience work?
Our inventory/payment system is automated with CommentSold. To shop our feed on Instagram or Facebook, you must be registered with CommentSold. You can do this by clicking the link in our bio. Once you are registered, make a comment on the post denoting your size or size/color. For example, if you want a size large, you would comment "sold large". If the item has a color variant, you will need to comment with color and size, "sold large taupe".
Once you have carted an item you have 6 hours to pay your invoice. If you do not pay within 3 hours, the item will automatically leave your cart and move to the next person on the wait list.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged?
In the unlikely event that we sent you the wrong item or your item is damaged , please attach a picture of the issue and we will gladly correct the issue. *If we shipped an incorrect item, please attach a picture of what you received and what you should have received.*
What if I need help with sizing?
Taylor and Jordan do virtual "try-on" sessions to help our customers find the best fit according to specific items. These can be found on our Instagram and Facebook pages. If you need further assistance, please email us at email@example.com and our staff will be happy to help you.
