What do I do if I need to return an item?

Our goal at Charley’s is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For shipped orders, you have 14 days from the day that you receive the item to send it back for store credit. For local pickup orders, you have 14 days from the day that your order is ready to send it back for store credit. If using our returns portal, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount.
All items must be returned in its original condition. We do not issue store credit if the item has been worn, altered, stained, or damaged. We do not provide return shipping for returns/exchanges.

Grab bags and items listed as "Final Sale" are products that you're able to purchase at a fraction of the original price. These are clearance items and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that due to hygienic reasons, all jewelry and head wear items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

CLICK HERE to begin your return. The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount. You may also bring your item(s) back to the address below.  Include your name, email address, and phone number with your return.

How does the Charley's shopping experience work?

The best way to shop with Charleys is to download our free APP from any app store. We drop new items Monday through Friday at 8am and on Sundays at 8pm! If an item is sold out, we recommend preauthorizing it so that if it comes back in stock, you will be notified.

How does Local Pick Up work?

We have local pickup bins located at 205 West Main Street, at the back of the first building. Once you receive an email stating that you order has been fulfilled, they will be placed in the lockers which are marked alphabetically. While it usually doesn't take us this long, please allow 2-3 business days for a local pickup order to be fulfilled. If you need something sooner, please reach out on Instagram or email us and we will try to accommodate. Our team is in the warehouse from 9am-4pm fulfilling orders. We do not have team members working on the weekends and cannot fulfill orders during this time.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged? 

In the unlikely event that we sent you the wrong item or your item is damaged , please attach a picture of the issue and we will gladly correct the issue.  *If we shipped an incorrect item, please attach a picture of what you received and what you should have received.*

What if I need help with sizing? 
Taylor and Jordan do virtual "try-on" sessions to help our customers find the best fit according to specific items.  These can be found on our Instagram and Facebook pages.  If you need further assistance, please email us at hello@charleysclothing.com and our staff will be happy to help you.
