What do I do if I need to return an item?

Our goal at Charley’s is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition for a store credit. We do not issue store credit if the item has been worn, altered, stained, or damaged. We do not provide return shipping for returns/exchanges.

Due to the rapid change in our inventory, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.  If you purchased a size or style that did not work, please return the item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Items listed as "Final Sale" are products that you're able to purchase at a fraction of the original price. These are clearance items and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that due to hygienic reasons, all jewelry and headwear items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You may mail your item(s) to Charley's Clothing at the address listed above OR use our drop-off location at Blush Boutique in Lexington.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your store credit.  If you use our drop-off location at Blush Boutique, please note that returns are picked up each Wednesday, which may add an additional 7 days before you see your store credit posted to your account.

How does the Charley's shopping experience work?

Our inventory/payment system is automated with CommentSold.  To shop our feed on Instagram or Facebook, you must be registered with CommentSold.  You can do this by clicking the link in our bio.  Once you are registered, make a comment on the post denoting your size or size/color.  For example, if you want a size large, you would comment "sold large".  If the item has a color variant, you will need to comment with color and size, "sold large taupe".

Once you have carted an item you have 6 hours to pay your invoice.  If you do not pay within 6 hours, the item will automatically leave your cart and move to the next person on the wait list.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged? 

In the unlikely event that we sent you the wrong item or your item is damaged , please attach a picture of the issue and we will gladly correct the issue.  *If we shipped an incorrect item, please attach a picture of what you received and what you should have received.*

 

What if I need help with sizing? 

Taylor and Jordan do virtual "try-on" sessions to help our customers find the best fit according to specific items.  These can be found on our Instagram and Facebook pages.  If you need further assistance, please email us at hello@charleysclothing.com and our staff will be happy to help you.
