RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Items may be returned within 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT with tags attached for a store credit. No altered, stained, damaged, etc. items will be accepted. If tags are removed, your item will not be accepted. If your item was received with a tag, we are aware of that. If it is apparent the item was worn, your item will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse a return/exchange based on our inspection of the item or garment. We are not responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item(s) back to Charleys, and if your item is refused you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with sending the item back to you. Please note: ALL SALE or CLEARANCE items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ship back to address below.

HOW CHARLEYS WORKS:
Our inventory/payment system is automated with Comment Sold.  To shop our feed on Instagram, you must be registered with Comment Sold.  You can do this by clicking the link in our bio.  Once you are registered, make a comment on the post denoting your size or size/color.  For example, if you want a size large, you would comment "sold large".  If the item has a color variant, you will need to comment with color and size, "sold large taupe".
 
Once you have carted an item you have 12 hours to pay your invoice.  If you do not pay within 12 hours the item will automatically leave your cart and move to the next person on the wait list.

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS:
In the unlikely event your item is damaged or torn, please attach a picture of the issue and we will gladly find a way to make it right- Whether it be by refund or store credit.
 
If we sent you the wrong item we will be in touch with you with a return label. Please be on the lookout for our response on how to get it back to us. *Please attach a picture of what you got and what you should have gotten.*
