RETURNS
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt with tags attached for a store credit. No altered, stained, damaged, etc. items will be accepted. If tags are removed, your item will not be accepted. If it is apparent the item was worn, your item will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse a return/exchange based on our inspection of the item or garment. We are not responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item(s) back to Charleys, and if your item is refused you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with sending the item back to you. If you would like to return an item, please contact us prior to returning the item.

Please contact us directly for a sizing issue. If you wish to make an exchange for another size, and we have the size available, we will gladly exchange your item. However, because we have a limited quantity of items, if the size requested has already been sold, we will offer you a store credit! If you would like to exchange your item, you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with getting the item back to us. However, we will gladly cover the shipping costs associated with returning the new sized item back to you.
 

FINAL SALE
All sale or clearance items are final sale. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear or use. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, we will issue a store credit if the item is received within 14 days of receipt. 

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

EXCHANGES
Due to the rapid change in online inventory, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.  If you purchased a size or style that did not work, please return the item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
