Returns

Our goal at Charleys is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For shipped orders, you have 14 days from the day that you receive the item to send it back for store credit. For local pickup orders, you have 14 days from the day that your order is ready to send it back for store credit.

All items must be returned in its original condition. We do not issue store credit if the item has been worn, altered, stained, or damaged. We do not provide return shipping for returns/exchanges.

Grab bags and items listed as "Final Sale" are products that you're able to purchase at a fraction of the original price. These are clearance items and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Anything that has been discounted over 20% off is deemed final sale. Please note that due to hygienic reasons, all jewelry, sunglasses and head wear items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

LOCAL RETURNS: You can select in the portal to drop off a return in our returns bin. The bin is located behind the building at 205 West Main and up the stairs! Make sure you return it with your return slip that has your name, order number and date on it!

What is Redo?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your store credit to be applied.
